We manufacture dehydrated vegetables in the form of Potato Flakes. By sourcing from our own farmer group, we process potatoes into potato flakes. It is the most important form of dehydrated potato products. A sheet of mashed potatoes is produced by pressing it against a drum dryer, which is broken up and ground. The same as mashed potatoes, potato flakes can be used in any recipe. Added to gravies, the flakes can thicken them. Baked goods will last longer with potato flakes added.
