Dried Okra(Bhindi)

We produce high-quality dehydrated vegetables. We have in our range both, okra flakes, leaves and powder. Okra is a vegetable that is cooked dry with onions to be served with roti. This is a seasonal vegetable that can be prepared off-season by using this dried okra (bhindi). The easiest way to rehydrate okra is to add three cups of boiling water to one cup of dried okra and allow it to sit for about thirty minutes, followed by draining the water. When added to soups or stews, dried okra will rehydrate as the soup cooks.
